Official Rules
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win Bridgeside’s Sweepstakes. The contest is sponsored by the Bridgeside restaurant in Cascade Locks (Sponsor). The Sweepstakes Prize is listed on the entry form. By participating, entrants agree to abide by Official Rules. The prize is only available at Bridgeside in Cascade Locks and cannot be exchanged for cash value. The contest is void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
The sweepstake prize of ‘free Charburgers for a year’, consist of a maximum of 12 Charburgers for 12 consecutive months (valid 2020-2021), and limited to order one (1) per month. Must have valid proof of prize winning when ordering and is not eligible to share or trade for cash value.
How to Enter:
The Bridgeside Sweepstakes may be entered with two different social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram. Each Bridgeside social media post has a link to the contest entry form. Entrants must complete all required fields on the entry form to participate. After submitting required information, the entrant will receive one (1) entry to the drawing. A winner will be picked from each platform – Facebook and Instagram. Like the Bridgeside Facebook page, or follow the Bridgeside Instagram account, plus like the Bridgeside Sweepstakes post to enter to win. You may enter only once per platform for two chances to win but will only be qualified for one prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by all contest rules.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Winner must have a valid form of ID to redeem the prize, and must be a resident of the United States. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes will run 3 weeks after original post, and a winner will be chosen the following week. Bridgeside reserves the right to reschedule or terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time. Winners will be announced the following week, after the three-week Sweepstakes period.
Winner Selection
All eligible entries will be gathered in chronological order in a database during the Sweepstakes period, and a winner will be selected randomly. One winner will be selected from entries that originate from Facebook posts, and one winner will be selected from entries that originate from Instagram posts. Winner must also “like” or “follow” the respective Bridgeside Social Media accounts, and if it is found he/she does not, another winner will be randomly selected.
The winner will be notified via Bridgeside social media accounts, and by email to the submitted email address approximately one week after the contest has ended. Bridgeside will publicly post and tag the winner on social media Sweepstakes post or reach out to them via social media and email. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her social media and email accounts for prize notification and receipt, or other communications related to the contests. If a winner cannot be reached by sponsor’s administrator within three (3) days, using his/her social media or email account, the potential prize winner will forfeit his/her prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility. All prizes must be picked up by winner at the Bridgeside location, unless arrangements are made for shipping (in which case a nominal shipping fee may apply). If a potential winner fails to comply by official rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.
Additional Limitations:
No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any typographical errors in the offer, or administration of Sweepstakes. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. By entering Bridgeside’s sweepstakes, I give permission to be contacted by Bridgeside in the future with periodic email specials. Bridgeside agrees to never share my email address or contact information.
